HUALALAI FOUR SEASONS RESORT, HAWAII

New Construction

Our Bay Area client, who is passionate about architecture, fine furniture, and design, set out to create a home that seamlessly blends the sensible lines of Craftsman style with the grace of Japanese aesthetics and the allure of open-air living.

The result is a breathtaking residence where intricate details shine. Ceiling niches adorned with gold leafing complement stone flooring patterns, meticulously crafted to harmonize with the walls and openings. Custom furniture from Berkeley Mills and Hubbardton Forge lighting enhance the Craftsman ambiance, bringing the client’s vision to life.

This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home is a masterpiece of indoor-outdoor living, with repeating circular elements and custom-designed spaces catering to the client’s lifestyle. The game parlor, for instance, seems to merge with the front garden, thanks to a curved glass wall that extends into the water feature and natural surroundings. Meanwhile, a captivating kitchen ceiling detail and curved bar counter create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior kitchens. Notably, a window elegantly ascends out of view, forming a full wall pass-through.

Our dedicated team, working alongside skilled artisans, has transformed the client’s vision into a harmonious blend of design and craftsmanship.
